Do Diesel Emissions Cause Cancer?

The BBC has reported that a panel from the World Health Organisation recently concluded that diesel exhaust fumes cause lung cancer and possibly others.? The study was based on high risk individuals who have prolonged or significant contact with such emissions, though it recommends that everyone attempt to reduce their exposure if possible.
