Focused on romance, Are You Hot? in a nutshell is that in futuristic America, you can win millions of dollars by competing on a show where gorgeous people are trotted down a runway to have their tiny flaws highlighted with laser pointers. Not only that, but the contestants are expected to "fall in love", or at least pretend to, among the other contestants. The losers are transformed into cyborgs and used as slaves.
The rp is focused on how superficial TV and beauty is, mindless romance, pettiness, conceitedness... I'm hoping it can get very popular despite how edgy the topic is. (: This is PG14, maybe PG15, but no lewd descriptions, though there is sexual content such as vague nudity.
